Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1760903  Size: SH

    Caution: Gasoline or gasoline vapors are highly flammable. A fire could occur if an ignition source is present. Never drain or store gasoline or diesel fuel in an open container, due to the possibility of fire or explosion. Have a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher nearby.

  1. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister assembly. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
  2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the EVAP canister vent hose from the EVAP canister filter.
  3. Remove the EVAP canister emission canister filter by unclipping the clips from the EVAP canister bracket.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 1760903  Size: SH
  1. Install the EVAP canister filter to the EVAP canister bracket.
  2. Connect the EVAP canister vent hose to the EVAP canister filter.
  3. Install the EVAP canister assembly. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
