Mode Valve Actuator Replacement Lower

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the lower mode actuator (2).
2. Remove the lower mode actuator (2) from the heater assembly (4).
3. Remove the linkage from the lower mode actuator (2).

1. Install the linkage to the lower mode actuator (2).
2. Install the lower mode actuator (2) to the heater assembly.
3. Connect the vacuum hose to the lower mode actuator (2).

Mode Valve Actuator Replacement Upper

1. Remove the lower mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement .



2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the upper mode actuator (1).
3. Remove the upper mode actuator (1) from the heater assembly (4).
4. Remove the linkage from the upper mode actuator (1).

1. Install the linkage to the upper mode actuator (1).
2. Install the upper mode actuator (1) to the heater assembly (4).
3. Connect the vacuum hose to the upper mode actuator (1).
4. Install the lower mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement .
