  1. Disconnect the connector at the multi-function alarm module.
  2. Connect a J 39200 DMM between the multi-function alarm module connector, cavity D2 for CKT 39 (PNK), and ground.
  3. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.

Replace the multi-function alarm module. Refer to Multifunction Alarm Module Replacement .

Repair the open in CKT 39 (PNK) between splice S216 and the multi-function alarm module.

  1. Disconnect the connector C1 at the multi-function alarm module.
  2. Connect a J 39200 DMM between the multi-function alarm module connector C1 cavity D2 for CKT 39 (PNK) and ground.
  3. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.

Repair the open in either CKT 39 (PNK) between the IP fuse block and the multi-function alarm module.
