Did you perform the Audible Warning System Check?

Go to Audible Warnings System Check

1. Remove the audio alarm module from the convenience center.
2. Connect a test lampJ 35616-200 from the audio alarm module cavity J2 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

Use a DMM J 39200 in order to test for continuity between CKT 550 (BLK) from the audio alarm module cavity  K2 to ground.

Is the continuity?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Repair the open in CKT 140 (ORN) between the instrument panel fuse block and the convenience center.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Audible Warnings System Check

Replace the audio alarm module. Refer to Multifunction Alarm Module Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Audible Warnings System Check

--

Repair the open in CKT 550 (BLK) between the audio alarm module and ground G105/G107.

Is the repair complete?
