Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front sill trim panel. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement.
  2. Remove the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Remove the trim panel - upper centre pillar, on both sides. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
  4. Remove the body hinge pillar trim assembly on both sides. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement.
  5. Remove the windshield side garnish, on both sides. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement.

    6. Object Number: 1939892 Size: SH
  6. Starting from the centre sill point (2) carefully remove the front door weatherstrip (3) from the body panel door opening (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1939892 Size: SH

    Important: Make sure the lip of the weatherstrip sits over the trim panels.

    Important: Make sure the weatherstrip does not short cut the corners and foul the door trim.

  1. Starting at the centre sill point (2) install the front door weatherstrip (3) to the body panel door opening (1).
  2. Install the windshield side garnish, on both sides. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement.
  3. Install the body hinge pillar trim assembly on both sides. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement.
  4. Install the trim panel - upper centre pillar, on both sides. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
  5. Install the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
  6. Install the front sill trim panel. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement.
