Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the lower seat belt bolt. Refer to Front Seat Belt Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 1939279 Size: SH
  3. Remove the centre trim panel retaining torx screws (1).

    4. Object Number: 1939282 Size: SH
  4. Detach the trim panel (1) from the B pillar by pulling inwards then downwards.

Installation Procedure
  1. Move height adjuster to the upper position.
  2. Move B pillar slide to the upper position.

    3. Object Number: 1939285 Size: SH
  3. Install the trim panel, by inserting the locating pins (1) into the roof panel first.
  4. Line up pin on trim to slot in height adjuster.
  5. Ensure main datum pin is correctly assembled into the datum hole.

    6. Object Number: 1939279 Size: SH
  6. Install the centre trim panel retaining torx screws (1).

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the centre trim panel retaining torx screws to 2.0  N·m (18 lb in).

  7. Install the lower seat belt bolt. Refer to Front Seat Belt Replacement.
  8. Install the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
