Removal Procedure
- Using a flat-bladed tool, carefully remove the finish covers (1) from the luggage carrier side rails (3).
- Remove the screws (2) that retain the side rails to the roof panel.
- Remove the side rails from the roof panel.
Installation Procedure
- Position the side rails (3) to the roof panel.
- Install the screws (2) which retain the side rails to the roof panel, starting with the rearmost screw first on each side. Tighten screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
- Install and secure the finish covers (1) to the side rails.
