Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the head restraint. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  2. Fold the rear seat down.
  3. Unhook the J retainer at the bottom edge of the seat back cover.
  4. Carefully reach inside the rear seat back and squeeze together the bottom of the head restraint guide.
  5. Pull the head restraint guide from the seat back frame.

Installation Procedure
  1. Push the head restraint guide into the seat back frame. Make sure it locks into place.
  2. Hook the J retainer at the bottom edge of the seat back cover.
  3. Return the seat back to the upright position.
  4. Install the head restraint. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
