1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position and the dimmer switch to the OFF position on the headlamp and instrument panel (IP) lamp dimmer switch.
2. Use a test lamp in order to backprobe between the inoperable vacuum fluorescent (VF) display harness connector CKT 308 to ground.

1. Repair the following conditions in CKT 308 between S223 and the inoperable component.
2. A poor connection
3. An open
4. Inspect the system.

Is the symptom still present?

1. Repair the following conditions in ground CKT 1450, CKT 1550 or CKT 351 between the inoperable VF display and G200, G201, G302 or G401.

•	A poor connection

An open

2. Inspect the system.

1. Replace the bulbs in the component, as needed.
2. Replace the affected component, as needed.
3. Inspect the system.
