  1. Disconnect connector C203.
  2. Connect a fused (3 amp) jumper between the connector C203 terminal C6 (leading towards the instrument cluster) and ground.
  3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

Is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

  1. Reconnect connector C203.
  2. Disconnect connector C303.
  3. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the connector C303 terminal H (leading towards the instrument cluster) and ground.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

Is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

  1. Reconnect connector C303.
  2. Disconnect the LF door lock connector C1.
  3. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the LF door lock connector terminal B (leading towards the instrument cluster) and ground.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

Is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the LF door lock connector C1 terminal B and terminal D.

Is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

  1. Reconnect the LF door lock connector.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

With the LF door open, is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

Repair poor connection or open in circuit 750 between the LF door lock connector C1 terminal D and G302.

Has the repair been made and the system rechecked?

Replace the LF door lock. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement in Doors.

  1. Disconnect connector C302.
  2. Connect a fused (3 amp) jumper between connector C302 terminal H and ground.
  3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

Is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

  1. Reconnect connector C302.
  2. Disconnect the RH door lock connector C1.
  3. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the RF door lock connector C1 terminal C and ground.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

  1. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the RF door lock connector C1 terminal C and terminal A.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

With the RF door open, is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

  1. Disconnect connector C402.
  2. Connect a fused (3 amp) jumper between connector C402 terminal E and ground.
  3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

Is the DOOR AJAR indicator on?

  2. Disconnect the liftgate lock connector C1.
  3. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the liftgate door lock connector C1 terminal B and ground.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

  1. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the liftgate lock connector C1 terminal B and terminal D.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

  1. Disconnect the RH sliding door jamb switch connector.
  2. Connect a fused (3 amp) jumper between the RH sliding door jamb switch connector terminal A and ground.
  3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.

  1. Connect the fused (3 amp) jumper between the RH sliding door jamb switch connector terminal A and terminal C.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
