Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1820502 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement

    3. Object Number: 1820588 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the boost pressure sensor connector.
  4. Remove the engine wiring harness cover upward.
  5. Remove the boost pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1820588 Size: SH
  1. Install the boost pressure sensor.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the boost pressure sensor bolt to 8 N·m (70.8  lb in).

  2. Install the engine wiring harness cover.
  3. Connect the boost pressure sensor connector.

    4. Object Number: 1820502 Size: SH
  4. Install engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
