  1. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Install the tensioner pulley.
  6. Install the tensioner pulley bolt.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt to 41 N·m (30 lb ft).

  8. Install the left idler pulley.
  9. Install the left idler pulley bolt.
  10. Tighten
    Tighten the left idler pulley bolt to 37 N·m (27 lb ft).

  11. Install the right idler pulley.
  12. Install the right idler pulley bolt.
  13. Tighten
    Tighten the right idler pulley bolt to 37 N·m (27 lb ft).

  14. Install the oil seperator bracket (4).
  15. Install the schrader valve (3).
  16. Install the fuel injection control module harness bracket (2).
  17. Install the fuel injection control module harness bracket nuts (1).
  18. Tighten
    Tighten the harness bracket nuts to 21 N·m (15 lb ft).
