Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 343968 Size: SH
  1. Slide the sunshade fully rearward.
  2. Move the sunroof window to the vent position.

    3. Object Number: 343969 Size: SH
  3. Remove the sunroof window screws (3 on each side).
  4. Remove the sunroof window from the module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 343969 Size: SH
  1. Install the sunroof window to the module.

    2. Ensure that the information/logo stencil is towards the rear of the opening.

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the sunroof window screws, starting with the center screws first.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  3. Adjust the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment .
  4. Open and close the sunroof window in order to recheck the fit of the window.
