  1. Disconnect the seat air control module connector.
  2. Connect a DMM from the seat air control module connector cavity H (GRY) to ground.
  3. Operate any of the deflate switches.

Is the voltage within the specified range when the switches are operated?

10-15V

Go to Step 5

Test for an open or short to ground in CKT 764 (GRY) between the console seat switch and the seat air control module. Refer to Testing for Continuity or Testing for Short to Ground in Wiring Systems.

Is CKT 764 OK?

Replace the console seat switch.

Is the repair complete?

Replace the seat air control switch.

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 764 (GRY) between the console seat switch and the seat air control module. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
