High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement Spoiler Mounted

1. Remove the screws retaining the high-mounted stop lamp to the rear end spoiler.
2. Remove the high-mounted stop lamp from the spoiler.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the high-mounted stop lamp assembly.



4. Remove the screws retaining the bulb/socket bar to the stop lamp housing, if replacing any bulbs.
5. Remove the bulb/socket bar from the lamp housing, if replacing any bulbs.
6. Remove the bulbs from the sockets, if replacing any bulbs.

1. Install the bulbs to the bulb sockets, if removed.
2. Install the bulb socket bar to the high-mounted stop lamp housing, if removed.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

3. Install the bulb socket bar to stop lamp housing retaining screws, if removed.

Tighten
Tighten the high-mounted stop lamp bulb socket bar to high-mounted stoplamp housing retaining screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).




4. Connect the electrical connector to the high-mounted stop lamp assembly.
5. Carefully install the high-mounted stop lamp to the rear end spoiler.
6. Install the high-mounted stoplamp to rear end spoiler retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the high-mounted stop lamp to rear end spoiler retaining screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
