Exhaust Manifold Removal Left Side


    Object Number: 154529 Size: SH
  1. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield nuts.
  2. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    3. Object Number: 154527 Size: SH
  3. Remove the left engine lift hook nut and bolt.
  4. Remove the left engine lift hook.
  5. Remove the left side spark plugs.

    6. Object Number: 54683 Size: SH
  6. Remove the exhaust manifold bolt and studs.
  7. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  8. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.

Exhaust Manifold Removal Right Side


    Object Number: 36667 Size: SH
  1. Remove the EGR inlet pipe from the exhaust manifold.
  2. Remove the EGR mounting bracket bolts.
  3. Remove the EGR mounting bracket.

    4. Object Number: 347468 Size: SH
  4. Remove the heated oxygen sensor lead.
  5. Remove the heated oxygen sensor.

    6. Object Number: 347473 Size: SH
  6. Remove the fuel injector sight shield mounting bracket nuts.
  7. Remove the fuel injector sight shield mounting bracket.

  8. Remove the right engine lift hook nut and bolt.
  9. Remove the right engine lift hook bracket.

    10. Object Number: 97750 Size: SH
  10. Remove the upper right exhaust manifold heat shield.

    11. Object Number: 97747 Size: SH
  11. Remove the lower right exhaust manifold heat shield.
  12. Remove the right side spark plugs.

    13. Object Number: 36682 Size: SH
  13. Remove the exhaust manifold studs.
  14. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  15. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
