SUBJECT: SMU - SECTION 9JA-SIR SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS AND SECTION 9J-A1 DRIVER ONLY SIR SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1992 "C AND H" MODELS

Code 24 (Chart 1) found in the 1992 C and H service manuals contain an error that could lead to confusion and misdiagnosis of the SIR system (driver only).

The enclosed revised chart should replace the following pages for proper SIR system diagnosis:
