GLOVE COMPARTMENT LITERATURE (REPLACEMENTS AVAILABLE)

Oldsmobile Division no longer provides its dealers with free replacement glove compartment literature. Replacement literature may be obtained by using the following procedure.

Replacement glove compartment literature can be ordered by mail from:

Dealers may also order replacement glove compartment literature by Fax using (517) 482-0202. Orders, whether received by mail or electronically, will be accepted on dealer letterhead stationery only and WILL BE BILLED TO THE DEALERS OPEN ACCOUNT. The following prices include shipping and handling.

MISSING LITERATURE:

If the glove compartment literature is missing at the time of the new car delivery inspection, it is to be presumed "stolen" and is to be handled in compliance with the current Oldsmobile Service Policies and Procedure Manual sections concerning "Delivery Receipt Notations" and "New Vehicle Inspection For Missing or Incorrect Parts or Options". The replacement package is to be obtained as instructed above through Lansing Lithographers, Inc. it will be necessary to submit a transportation claim in the following manner to receive payment:

IMPORTANT: The delivery receipt must include this damage code with the appro- priate notation "Glove Box Literature Missing" to properly substantiate the claim. Warranty claims will not be accepted for replacement of glove box literature.

IMPORTANT: Par Excellence glove compartment portfolios are not available through Lansing Lithographers. Please refer to Management Bulletin 91-1-04 (Corporate Bulletin 070103).
