Secondary Air Injector Pump Replacement AIR Pump

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise the vehicle.
3. Remove the right front wheel and tire assembly.
4. Remove the right inner fender access cover.
5. Disconnect the bleed-off valve and pump electrical connectors.
6. Remove the hoses from the pump assembly.
7. Remove the three bolts (3) securing pump assembly to bracket.

1. Install the AIR pump to the bracket with three retaining bolts.

Tighten:
Torque the bolts to 6 - 10 N·m (5-8 lb. ft.)

2. Install the hoses to the pump assembly
3. Reconnect the bleed-off valve and pump electrical connectors.
4. Install the right inner fender access cover.
5. Install the right front wheel assembly.

Tighten:
Torque the wheel Lug nuts to 140 N·m (104 lb. ft.)

6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.

Secondary Air Injector Pump Replacement AIR Filter

1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Removal the right inner fender access cover.
3. Remove the hoses/clamps from the filter.
4. Remove the filter retaining bolt.
5. Remove the filter from the air injection pump.

1. Install the filter to the air injection pump.
2. Install the filter retaining bolt.

Tighten:
Torque the retaining bolt to 8 N·m (70 lb. in.)

3. Install the hoses/clamps to the filter.
4. Install the right inner fender access cover.
5. Lower the vehicle.
