Rear Side Door Window Inner Weatherstrip Replacement Sedan

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  3. Remove the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Frame Rear Applique Replacement.
  4. Lower the rear window.

    5. Object Number: 1940035 Size: SH
  5. Push the top of the window inner weatherstrip (1) outwards to disengage from the door frame (2).

    6. Object Number: 1940033 Size: SH

    Important: Pull the window inner weatherstrip (2) inwards to remove from the door (1).

  6. Remove the window inner weatherstrip (2) from the door (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1940033 Size: SH

    Important: Push the top of the window inner weatherstrip (2) through the door frame (1).

  1. Install the window inner weatherstrip (2) to the door (1).

    2. Object Number: 1940036 Size: SH
  2. Pull the top of the window inner weatherstrip (1) inwards to engage to the door frame (2).
  3. Install the rear door stationary window.Refer to Rear Side Door Window Frame Rear Applique Replacement.
  4. Install the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.

Rear Side Door Window Inner Weatherstrip Replacement Sportwagon

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the rear side door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  3. Remove the rear side door window outer sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.
  4. Remove the rear side door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement.
  5. Remove the rear side door window from the rails.
  6. Lower the rear side door window to the full down position.
  7. Remove the rear side door stationary window channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Channel Replacement.
  8. Remove the rear side door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement.

    9. Object Number: 2087488 Size: SH
  9. Remove the window inner weatherstrip (2) from the rear side door (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2087488 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear window inner weatherstrip (2) to the rear side door (1).
  2. Install the rear side door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement.
  3. Install the rear side door stationary window channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Channel Replacement.
  4. Install the rear side door window to the rails.
  5. Install the rear side door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement.
  6. Install the rear side door window outer sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.
  7. Install the rear side door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  8. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
