Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2009 🢒 WM Sedan 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
  2. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.

    3. Object Number: 1950934 Size: SH
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley to alternator bracket retaining bolt (1).
  4. Remove the drive belt idler pulley (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1950934 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley (2).
  2. Hand tighten the drive belt idler pulley to alternator bracket retaining bolt (1).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 58 N·m (43 lb ft).

  4. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.
  5. Install the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
