Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement With Air Condictioning

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement.
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 1957932 Size: SH
  3. Remove the drive belt tensioner to engine front cover retaining bolts (1).
  4. Remove the drive belt tensioner (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1957932 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt tensioner (2) to the engine front cover.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt tensioner to engine front cover retaining bolts (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 22 N·m (17 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  4. Install the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement.

Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement Without Air Condictioning

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement.
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 2025388 Size: SH
  3. Remove the drive belt tensioner to engine front cover retaining bolts (2).
  4. Remove the drive belt tensioner (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2025388 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt tensioner (1) to the engine front cover.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt tensioner to engine front cover retaining bolts (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 22 N·m (17 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  4. Install the air intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement.
