Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2009 🢒 WM Sedan 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 1 (Right Side) Intake

Removal Procedure
  1. Turn the ignition OFF.

    2. Object Number: 1949767 Size: SH
  2. Remove the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector (1) from the CMP sensor (2).

    3. Object Number: 1949769 Size: SH
  3. Remove the the CMP sensor to engine front cover retaining bolt (1).
  4. Remove the CMP sensor from the engine front cover (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1949769 Size: SH
  1. Install the CMP sensor (2) to the engine front cover.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the CMP sensor to engine front cover retaining bolt (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the CMP sensor electrical connector (1) to the CMP sensor.
