HVAC Control Module Programming and Setup RHD

If the HVAC control module is replaced, the following procedures must be performed:

Important: The HVAC control module when provided as a HSPO spare part will need to be configured to suit the vehicle requirements.

1. The HVAC control module reprogramming - Refer to Service Programming System (SPS).
2. Calibrate HVAC Doors - After the HVAC control module is installed a recalibration of the maximum and minimum mode and temperature doors limits (stops) will need to be carried out, this is used by the HVAC control module processor to evaluate door actual and desired positions.

1. Select Body.
2. Select HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Cooling).
3. Select Programming.
4. Select the Calibrate HVAC Doors procedure and follow the directions displayed on the screen.

Perform the Diagnostic Repair Verification after completing the proceeding procedures.
