Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2009 🢒 Viva 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.0L (Diesel) 🢒 Oil Pump Suction Pipe and Screen Assembly Replacement

  1. Remove the engine undercover shield.
  2. Drain the engine oil.
  3. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 1822580 Size: SH
  4. Remove the oil strainer with washer.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Install the oil strainer with washer.

    2. Tighten

        • Tighten the oil strainer bolt to 11  N·m (97.4 lb in).
        • Tighten the oil strainer bracket bolt (bed plate outer bolt) to 35 N·m (25.8 lb ft).

  2. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement.
  3. Fill the engine with engine oil.
  4. Install the engine undercover shield.
