Rear Fog Lamp Bulb Replacement VXR8

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
2. Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement.



3. Disconnect the rear fog lamp electrical connector (1) from the bulb holder (2).



4. Twist the bulb holder (1) anti-clockwise to remove from the fog lamp housing (2).



5. Lightly press the bulb (1) and twist anti-clockwise to remove from the bulb holder (2).

Important: Ensure the bayonet pins align correctly in the bulb holder.




1. Correctly align the bayonet pins (1) with the bulb holder (3).
2. Lightly press and twist the bulb (2) clockwise into the bulb holder (3).



3. Twist the bulb holder (1) clockwise into the fog lamp housing (2) to install.



4. Connect the rear fog lamp electrical connector (1) to the bulb holder (2).
5. Install the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement.
6. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
