Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2047683 Size: SH

    Important: When a suitable hold open device is being removed or installed, provide alternate support to avoid the possibility of damage to the vehicle or personal injury.

    Important: Ensure the luggage shade is full retracted before begin this procedure.

  1. Install a suitable liftgate brace to the vehicle.
  2. Pull the luggage shade lever (1) to disengage the right-hand side of the luggage shade assembly (3) from the quarter upper trim panel (2).

    3. Important: Take care not to damage the surrounding trim panels.

  3. Manoeuvre the luggage shade assembly (3) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2047686 Size: SH
  1. Position the left-hand side of the luggage shade assembly (1) into the quarter upper trim panel (2).

    2. Object Number: 2047683 Size: SH

    Important: When a suitable hold open device is being removed or installed, provide alternate support to avoid the possibility of damage to the vehicle or personal injury.

  2. Pull the luggage shade lever (1) and locate the right-hand side of the luggage shade assembly (3) into the quarter upper trim panel (2).
  3. Check the luggage shade assembly (3) for correct operation.
  4. Remove the suitable liftgate brace from the vehicle.
