Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.

    Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Disconnect the stabiliser bar links from the stabiliser bar. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement .
  3. Remove the stabiliser bar insulators. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement .

    4. Caution: Refer to General Repair Instructions in the Preface section.

  4. Remove the stabiliser bar (1) from the vehicle.
  5. Inspect all parts for wear and damage.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to General Repair Instructions in the Preface section.

  1. Install the stabiliser bar (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the stabiliser bar insulators and brackets. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement .
  3. Install the stabiliser bar links to the stabiliser bar. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement .
  4. Remove the safety stands.
  5. Lower the vehicle to the ground.
