Verify that the ride is too soft or too hard.

Does the vehicle ride normally?

Inspect the tyres for the correct inflation pressure. Refer to Tire Inflation Pressure Specifications.

Is the tyre inflation pressure correct?

Inspect the vehicle trim height. Refer to Trim Height Inspection.

Inspect the following suspension components for wear or damage:

    • Coil Springs.

Are any of the components the worn or damaged?

Go to Strategy Based Diagnosis in General Information.

Inflate the tyres to the correct pressure.

Replace the suspension components as necessary.

Replace all of the worn or damaged components.

    • For shock absorber replacement, refer to Strut Assembly Replacement or Strut Assembly Replacement.
    • For coil spring replacement, refer to Front Coil Springs Replacement or Coil Spring Replacement.

Drive the vehicle in order to verify the repair.
