Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2009 🢒 Sportwagon 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Solenoid Replacement - Bank 1 (Right Side) Exhaust

Removal Procedure
  1. Turn the ignition OFF.

    2. Object Number: 1949750 Size: SH
  2. Remove the camshaft position (CMP) actuator valve electrical connector (1) from the CMP (2).

    3. Object Number: 1949753 Size: SH
  3. Remove the CMP actuator solenoid valve to engine front cover retaining bolt (1).
  4. Remove the CMP actuator valve (2).
  5. Inspect the CMP actuator valve seal and replace as necessary.

Installation Procedure
  1. Inspect the CMP actuator valve seal for damage. Replace the seal if necessary.

    2. Object Number: 1949753 Size: SH
  2. Install the CMP actuator valve (2) to the engine front cover.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the CMP actuator solenoid valve to engine front cover retaining bolt (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the CMP valve electrical connector (1) to the CMP actuator valve.
