Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2008 🢒 Lumina Ute 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Oil Filter, Adapter, and Pan Cover Installation

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1954208 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil filter fitting (2).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the fitting to 55 N·m (40 lb ft).

  2. Lubricate the oil filter seal with clean engine oil.
  3. Install the oil filter (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the filter to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

  4. Install the oil pan drain plug (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the plug to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install the gasket (3), cover (2), and bolts (1).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  6. Install the oil pan baffle (2).
  7. Install the oil pan baffle to oil pan retaining bolts (1).

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
