Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1256785 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the bolts and the engine cover.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1256785 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine cover with the bolts.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the engine cover bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  2. Lower the vehicle.
