Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  2. Remove the idler pulley. Refer to Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1395995 Size: SH
  3. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolts.
  4. Remove the drive belt tensioner from the engine.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1395995 Size: SH
  1. Position the drive belt tensioner to the engine .

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolts.

    3. Tighten

    1. Tighten the drive belt tensioner center bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
    2. Tighten the drive belt tensioner outer bolts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).
  3. Install the idler pulley. Refer to Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement .
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
