Third Pillar Trim Replacement Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade/Suburban

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 623039 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear door sill trim plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement or to Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  2. Remove the lower rear seat belt cover and bolt.
  3. Remove the trim panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 623039 Size: SH
  1. Install the body side lower trim panel to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the lower seat belt bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  3. Install the seat belt cover.
  4. Install the rear door sill trim plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement or to Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .

Third Pillar Trim Replacement Avalanche/Escalade EXT

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear door sill trim plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement or to Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  2. Remove the lower rear seat belt cover and bolt.
  3. Remove the trim panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 741389 Size: SH
  1. Install the trim panel to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the lower seat belt bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  3. Install the seat belt cover.
  4. Install the rear door sill trim plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement or to Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .
