Replacement Door Hinge Pin/Bushing Kit - keywords bind cargo front rear side worn

This PI is being updated to add new part numbers to the correction and models. Please discard PIT3464.

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Customers may comment that their door sags or is hard to open/close. This could be caused by worn or corroded door hinge pins/bushings.

To repair this concern replace the door hinge pins/bushings with new pin/bushing kits available from GM SPO:

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
