Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement Utility

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket in Seats.
  2. Remove the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement in Seats.
  3. Remove the front center seat. Refer to Front Center Seat Replacement in Seats.
  4. Remove the floor center console, if equipped. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  5. Remove the lower bracket from the I/P to the floor to allow carpet removal.
  6. Remove the door sill trim plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement and to Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  7. Remove the hinge pillar trim panels from both sides. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .
  8. Remove the garnish molding center pillar trim. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .

  9. Object Number: 625225  Size: SH
  10. Remove the carpet.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 625225  Size: SH

    Caution: In order to avoid personal injury or vehicle damage when you repair or replace the carpet, use the same thickness and material size as the original installation. Always return the carpet to the original location.

  1. Install the carpet.
  2. Install the garnish molding center pillar trim. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
  3. Install the hinge pillar trim panels. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Install the door sill trim plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement and to Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  5. Install the lower bracket from the I/P to the floor.
  6. Install the floor center console, if equipped. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  7. Install the front center seats, if equipped. Refer to Front Center Seat Replacement in Seats.
  8. Install the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement in Seats.
  9. Install the front seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket in Seats.
