    Object Number: 65055 Size: SH

    Important: The internal parts of the oil pump assembly are not serviced separately, excluding the spring. If the oil pump components are worn or damaged, replace the oil pump as an assembly.

  1. Remove the oil pump cover bolts.

    2. Object Number: 65057 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oil pump cover.

    3. Object Number: 65058 Size: SH

    Important: Mark or identify the gears for assembly. Refer to Separating Parts .

  3. Remove the drive gear.

    4. Object Number: 65060 Size: SH
  4. Remove the driven gear.

    5. Object Number: 65064 Size: SH
  5. Remove the pressure relief valve plug.

    6. Object Number: 65068 Size: SH
  6. Remove the pressure relief valve spring.

    7. Object Number: 65076 Size: SH
  7. Remove the pressure relief valve.
  8. Inspect the oil pump components. Refer to Oil Pump Cleaning and Inspection .
