Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 803746 Size: SH
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the engine splash shield. Refer to Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.

    4. Object Number: 814761 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolt and nut from the washer solvent container.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the washer pump.
  6. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.
  7. Remove the washer solvent container from the vehicle.
  8. Drain the washer solvent from the container.
  9. Remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 814761 Size: SH
  1. Install the washer pump in the washer solvent container.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the washer pump.
  3. Connect the washer hose to the washer pump.
  4. Position the washer solvent container into vehicle with locating pins.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Install the washer solvent container with the bolt and nut.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Fill the washer solvent container with fluid.
  7. Install the wheelhose panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  8. Install the engine splash shield. Refer to Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement in Body Front End.
