Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement Axle Mounted Type

1. Remove the nuts and the bolts retaining the stabilizer shaft links to the shaft link bracket.
2. Remove the nuts and the bolts retaining the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer shaft.
3. Remove the stabilizer shaft link from the stabilizer shaft .



4. Remove the stabilizer shaft link bracket to frame bolts and nuts.
5. Remove stabilizer shaft link bracket.

1. Install the stabilizer shaft link brackets to the frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the nuts and the washers retaining the stabilizer shaft link brackets to the frame.

Tighten
Tighten the nut retaining the stabilizer shaft link to the frame until the distance between each retainer is 85 N·m (63 lb ft).




3. Install the stabilizer shaft links.
4. Install the nuts and bolts retaining the links to the bracket and stabilizer bar.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts and bolts to 270 N·m (200 lb ft).
