Makes 🢒 GMC_Truck 🢒 2007 🢒 TopKick C-Series (Conventional) C4/C5 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 6.6L (LBZ and LLY) 🢒 Fuel Hose Replacement - Fuel Filter/Heater Element Housing to Fuel Feed Block

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  3. Remove the charge air tube from the charge air cooler at the turbocharger. Refer to Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement for the 6.6L (LLY) engine.
  4. Reposition the hose clamps at the fuel filter and the return line.
  5. Remove the fuel hose from the fuel filter housing and the return line.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the fuel hose to the fuel filter housing and return line.
  2. Position the hose clamps at the fuel filter and the return line.
  3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  4. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
  5. Install the charge air tube to the turbocharger and the charge air cooler. Refer to Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement for the 6.6L (LLY) engine.
  6. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
  7. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat step 5.
  8. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
