Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1820639 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.

    2. Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Disconnect the DPF pressure hoses.
  4. Disconnect the DPF pressure sensor connector.
  5. Remove the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1820639 Size: SH
  1. Install the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt and tighten to 10 N·m (88.5 lb in).
  2. Connect the DPF pressure sensor connector.
  3. Connect the DPF pressure hoses.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
