Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 3791 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine from the vehicle. Refer to Engine Replacement .
  2. Install the engine on a suitable engine stand.
  3. Remove the oil pan bolts.
  4. Remove the oil pan. Use a putty knife in order to separate the oil pan from the engine block.
  5. Remove the oil pan seal and sealer. Refer to Oil Pan Cleaning and Inspection .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 3793 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation .
  2. Remove the engine from the engine stand.
  3. Install the engine into the vehicle. Refer to Engine Replacement .
