LABOR TIME GUIDE REQUEST FOR REVIEW PROCESS U.S. DEALERS

U.S. Dealers (includes U.S. Saturn):

All GM Dealers in the United States (including U.S. Saturn) can submit Requests for Review through the Service Information (SI) web application accessed via DealerWorld. The GM Labor Time Guide (LTG) is one of several publications available to: Service Managers, Warranty Administrators, Office Managers, and General Managers.

After logging into GM DealerWorld,

    • Select the SERVICE tab from the main page
    • Select the Service Information (SI) link
    • From the SI main page, select the vehicle year, make, and model and Submit.

The publications page will appear.

    • Select the Labor Time Guide publication
    • The LTG Request for Review form can be accessed in the LTG publication as FEEDBACK.

Please complete all required fields prior to submitting your request.

Labour Time Guide Request for Reviews can be submitted on-line through GMinfoNET.

To access the Labour Time Guide request for Review form, select "Service and Body" from the GMinfoNET Home Page, then "Warranty Administration" , this will bring you to your selection for Labour Time Guide Request for Review.

This form can be used to request: time increases, time decreases, new add conditions, new labour operations, or to report errors in the labour time guide.

Please note: In order to adequately evaluate and take action on your request, we must have a detailed description of each step that was performed. Any areas where difficulties were experienced should be described in detail. Time for each step must be included. The statement "followed service manual procedure" is not sufficient.

IPC Dealers

The following fax number is available to dealership service management personnel to request a review of Labor Time Guide Publications. This number can be used to request: time increases, time decreases, new add conditions, new labor operations or errors in labor time guide book.
