Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the windshield washer container. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement .
2. Using two flat-bladed tools placed under the edges of the level indicator pry outward to release the level sensor from the washer container.
3. Discard the level indicator grommet.

Tip
Ensure the square edge of the level indicator faces upward upon installation.
