Some customers may comment that the twist lock handle is binding or inoperative on a Silverado or Sierra Hard Shell Tonneau Cover Accessory.

Replace the twist lock handle assembly with an updated handle assembly. SPO inventory has been purged to supply only updated parts.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
