HVAC Compressor Flapping Noise - keywords belt drone flap high hose leak line low moan vibration

Some owners may comment on a flapping type noise when the a/c compressor is engaged.

At this time do not replace the a/c compressor for this noise. GM Engineering is aware of this concern and working on this issue.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
