Some owners may comment that their passenger window express down feature is inoperative.

The passenger window express down feature is no longer a standard option like on the previous models. The following models will have the passenger window express down feature:

Silverado- LT2 package with RPO DL3 or the LTZ package

Sierra- SLE2 package with RPO DL3 or the SLT package

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
