Check Engine Light With DTC P0700 And/Or P2534 - keywords control inoperative lamp power liftgate remote stabilitrac start traction

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may experience a check engine light with a DTC P2534 set in the TCM and/or DTC P0700 set in the ECM. The customer may also comment that they're experiencing one of the following concerns:
- Remote Start Inoperative ( If equipped )
- Power Liftgate Inoperative with key in the " Off " position. ( If equipped )
- Service Traction Control Message being displayed for 1-2 seconds on the DIC. (start up only)
- Loss of communication DTC's : U0100, U0102, U0101 set in other modules.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If you experience one of the codes listed above and /or one of the above concerns, please check the accessory wake up circuit (circuit 5985 ) that runs from pin 19 of connector 4 of the BCM to the TCM and the ECM. Repair the concern as needed.
Note: Some cases in the field have found pin 19 of C4 of the BCM was not fully seated in the connector.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
