Caution: Do not use any type of solvent or cleaning agents in or on motor. Solvents or cleaning agents may damage the motor. Wipe with a clean towel that is lint free.

Generator Drive Motor Housing Seal

Tip
Dex VI will continue to drain from the motor which is normal.

Resolver and Temp Sensor Connector

Tip

•	This is a critical connection, care must be taken.

•	Inspect for bent or broken pins.

Generator Motor Bearing

Generator Motor High Voltage Connections

Tip
Inspect for arcing, broken plastic, or loose terminals.

Sun Gear Shaft Assembly - Third Postion

Tip

•	The sun gear shaft may be pressed into the motor on some models and will not be serviced separately.

•	Inspect the splines on both ends of the shaft.
