Oil Pump, Screen and Crankshaft Oil Deflector Removal RPO LY2/LH6/LMG/LY5/LC9


    Object Number: 1277115 Size: SH
  1. Remove the oil pump screen bolt (405) and nuts (404).
  2. Remove the oil pump screen (407) with O-ring seal (406).
  3. Remove the O-ring seal from the pump screen.
  4. Discard the O-ring seal.

    5. Object Number: 260099 Size: SH
  5. Remove the remaining crankshaft oil deflector nuts.
  6. Remove the crankshaft oil deflector.

    7. Object Number: 1658170 Size: SH
  7. Remove the oil pump bolts (411).

    8. Important: Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil pump assembly. Cap ends, as necessary.

  8. Remove the oil pump (413).

  1. Remove the oil pump screen bolt (405) and nuts (404).

  6. Remove the crankshaft oil deflector.

    7. Object Number: 1658173 Size: SH
  7. Remove the oil pump bolts (411).

    8. Important: Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil pump assembly. Cap ends, as necessary.

  8. Remove the oil pump (413).
